Gluten-free Day #6

We are still going strong , even though I am behind in posting our menu. On day six we enjoyed:

*Pork Tenderloin marinated in some Italian dressing. Here is a quick method for a super-fast, lean dinner.
 
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Season the pork tenderloin with, well there are a million things you could do. Then, throw it (gently place) in a roasting dish or sheet tray. DO NOT ROAST WITHOUT SEASONING IT! If you do, I will personally report you to the taste bud police.
 
Roast about 18-23 minutes or so. Specifically, you want about 145 degrees internal temp. No one wants to choke on dry pork, folks. Give it some love!
 
*Maple-Roasted Balsalmic Brussel Sprouts (YUM!)
 
This meal was tasty, fast, and great for the health.
