Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of a super-simple soup I made in the slow cooker. Our first gluten-free day of our cleansing month happened to be a busy one.
Earlier in the day, I made a loaf of gluten-free (GF) bread. Thanks to my trusty electric knife, I was able to make thinner slices of the soft bread.
Since I wouldn't be home until 5:45, I needed some hot food waiting for us. Sometime I'll have to post that Broccoli Soup recipe, because it is healthy and fast!
This month, we are hoping to improve our health, as three out of four of us now have a gluten sensitivity.
