Gluten-Free Day #5

Day five of our trek brought a dish that I still think about. It was a Mini-Turkey Meatball Pizza! Of course the crust was GF, and the turkey meatballs and homemade tomato sauce were so yummy. I topped it all with mozzarella. It was so good, not to mention low-calorie. Man, it was good.

Served with a salad on the side, we were four happy people!
