Gluten-Free Day #3
Day three brought cream and comfort. I made Chicken and Biscuits. The chicken, tossed in GF flour and sauteed, married well with carrots, peas and leeks. This cream sauce, chicken and veggies was spread over GF biscuits that were surprisingly like their glutinous counter-part. It was all delish and the gluten was not missed!
