Rose of Sharon

Victoria was still mastering the walking thing.
I made her that little skirt. She looks so cute!

More Wildlife

In addition to our fox, deer clan, coyotes, and woodchucks (ahem), we also have these wandering about.

And these. They are ugly.

And they can soar.
And they don't like women with cameras walking toward them.

No Corn-on-the-Cob For Me...

Colin finally lost his other front tooth.

Colin "Scary-Gums" Maynard

He loves this lobster! He won it as a prize from Shannon Culver. He wanted me to take a picture of him with his "Cutie", as he so named it.

Wildlife

We have a lot of wildlife where we live. Well, as much as you can in southern Michigan. Our wildlife is bitter that humans have built houses and dug septic fields, so they decide to move in. This groundhog/woodchuck has declared his home to be under our porch. It is not a very big porch; really, it is a stairway. Regardless, he has decided to live under it. He is even brazen enough to sit on it. Someone needs to hand him a lemonade.

Pickles and Peanuts

School is back in full swing! I am so thankful that I can homeschool. I love to teach and Colin is doing well. Victoria gets in on part of it also; she likes to be in the school room. :) They grow so fast!

They Still Like Each Other...

This is how I found them one day.

She thinks he is a pillow.
I hope it lasts! :)

Hide and Seek

"Now, where can Victoria be? Hmmmm."

"Mom! You weren't supposed to find me!"
"I'm so funny!"
