Hospital Visitors

Thanks to everyone who visited us and for the beautiful flowers! Of course our parents came too, but I don't have those pictures handy. I hope I remember how to take care of a newborn baby! :) It has been 5 1/2 years!

Victoria Rose Maynard Arrives!

On July 2, 2009, Victoria Rose Maynard made her debut into the world at 5:39 p.m. via c-section. The Lord answered our prayer for safety and He knew what was best. She was 7 pounds, 1 ounce and 18 3/4 inches long (not sure where the shortness comes from) :).

She is healthy and cute and her big brother, Colin, is proud to have her with us. He has such a sweet spirit towards her!

Thanks so much to all those who prayed, even before her conception! We are so glad God gets the glory for this miracle! As a couple who have been told by doctors that we will never have children, we know our two children are from the Lord. Truly, nothing is impossible with God. We trust one day she will accept the Lord as her Savior and love Him with all her heart.
